The non-Refundable date hold deposit is $100. The final balance is due 14 days before the event. We will not secure your date on our calendar until your deposit has been received.
If your event date changes, requests should be made at least 30 days in advance of the original date, pending the new date is available. If there is no availability for the new date, the payment shall be refunded less of the non-refundable date hold deposit.
Baham's Party Rentals attendant will arrive to set up approximately 30 minutes prior to your event. If for any unforeseen reason your attendant is running late, we will notify you as soon as possible. If for any reason on our part (including but not limited to equipment malfunction), we are unable to start your event at the agreed-upon time or continue your event, we will compensate you for any lost service time. Options include providing additional time if your venue permits or a refund of time lost. No compensation shall be made by Baham's Party Rentals if the delay is caused by the client or venue.
It is the clients responsibility to arrange the appropriate space for the 360 photobooth at the event venue. The photobooth setup requires a minimum space of 10' deep x 10' wide x 10' high. The client is responsible for ensuring power is available for the 360 photobooth. Once the 360 photobooth is set up, it must not be moved to avoid potential hazards. The outlet must not be shared with any other appliance. The 360 photobooth setup area should preferably be indoors especially during the day. If outdoor, the client should ensure that the 360 photobooth is accurately covered.
The client acknowledges that in the absence of damage waiver payment, the client shall be financially liable for any accidental damage to the Provider's equipment. The client is responsible for loss or damage to the Provider's Equipment caused by anymisuse of the Provider's Equipment by the Client or its guests, or theft or disaster (including but not limited to rain, fire, or flood but excluding acts of God). Optional Damage Waiver covers only proven accidental damage. The damage waiver does not cover any damages caused by the client requesting the booth to be set up outside without a covering. The waiver does not cover loss, theft, or vandalism.
